Student Data is owned by your Institution. We act as a service provider and “school official” under FERPA, with explicit commitments documented in our Privacy Policy §11 and Terms of Service. We do not authorize AI providers to use student-submitted content to train models, and our integrations use commercial-API settings that disable training where supported.
