Is there a free version of Hanlexon?

Yes. The free tier includes the full HSK 1-9 curriculum, spaced repetition review, daily study plans, and 5 AI chat samples per day. No credit card required.

What's the difference between Standard and Pro?

Standard ($24.99/year) adds unlimited content creation, real HSK practice tests, printable worksheets, and classroom management — best for teachers and dedicated self-learners. Pro ($59.99/year) adds Standard plus daily voice conversation with Prof Hanlexon, pronunciation coaching, translation practice, and AI content generation — best for learners targeting HSK speaking exams.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Account Settings; you keep access until the end of the billing period. No proration penalty for annual plans.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes. Within the first 14 days of a Standard or Pro subscription, contact support for a full refund — no questions asked.

Do you offer student or institutional discounts?

Schools and universities get institutional pricing — contact us via the Schools page for a quote. Individual student discounts are not available; the Pro tier at ~$5/month is already heavily discounted compared to private tutoring.

What payment methods do you accept?

Hanlexon uses Stripe for payments. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is processed securely; we never store card numbers on our servers.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade from Free to Standard or Pro at any time, and the price is prorated against your remaining period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

What happens to my progress if I downgrade?

Your study history, vocabulary progress, and account remain intact. You lose access to features that aren't in the new plan (e.g., Pro voice conversation if you downgrade to Standard) but your data stays on your account.
