Your CCPA Rights

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the following rights regarding their personal information.

1. Right to Know

You have the right to request that we disclose:

• The categories of personal information we have collected about you.
• The categories of sources from which the personal information was collected.
• Our business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling the information.
• The categories of third parties with whom we share the information.
• The specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.

To exercise your Right to Know, use the data export feature in account settings, or contact us at admin@hanlexon.com.

2. Right to Delete

You can request deletion of your personal information from Account Settings → Delete Account. We will delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to permitted exceptions under CCPA §1798.105(d) (including completing transactions, detecting fraud, complying with legal obligations, and exercising free speech). Educational content you created may be retained anonymously, with all personally identifying information removed.

3. Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Therefore, there is no opt-out required — but if our practices change, we will update this page and provide a clear opt-out mechanism.

4. Right to Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. This means we will not:

• Deny you goods or services.
• Charge you different prices or rates.
• Provide you a different level or quality of services.
• Suggest that you may receive a different price or level of service for exercising your rights.

5. Right to Correct Inaccurate Information

You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you. You can update most information directly in account settings. For corrections you cannot make yourself, contact us at admin@hanlexon.com.

6. Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information

We do not collect sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary to provide the service (for example, account credentials). We do not use sensitive personal information for secondary purposes that would require an opt-out under CPRA.

How to Submit a CCPA Request

California residents may submit requests by email:

We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If we need additional time (up to 90 days total), we will notify you of the extension.

You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. We may require verification of the agent's authority.
